Who We Recruit
We are interested in speaking with qualified Millwrights and Industrial Mechanics whose experience aligns with mining, manufacturing, processing, forestry, utilities, energy and heavy industrial maintenance.
Candidate suitability may depend on certification, equipment exposure, industry experience, location, schedule flexibility, work authorization and employer-specific requirements.
Opportunities may include permanent plant maintenance, field service, shutdown, turnaround, project and rotational work.
Candidate Profile
Red Seal Millwright certification or another recognized Canadian Industrial Mechanic qualification.
Experience maintaining, repairing, installing and troubleshooting industrial machinery and production equipment.
Experience with pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearings, turbines, fans and other rotating equipment.
Knowledge of conveyors, crushers, screens, feeders, mills and material-handling systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, cylinders, valves and controls.
Strong understanding of lockout procedures, confined spaces, work permits and industrial safety standards.
